Monte Hermón Christian School has an excellent, qualified staff of Christian teachers. The majority of our teachers have a degree in Pedagogical Science, some of them with mention in Mathematics, Spanish, English, and Computer Science. The ones that do not have a degree are attending the university. Periodically our staff recieve educational workshops from EDUCRIST- Fundación para el Desarrollo de las Comunidades Educando Cristianamente and ACECEN – Asociación de Escuelas Cristianas de Nicaragua.
